2026 Maritime Silk Road Golf Tour (hereinafter referred to as the "Tournament")
I. Tournament Organization and Rules
The Tournament Organizing Committee holds comprehensive responsibility for the overall management and operations of the Tournament. All decisions rendered by the Organizing Committee regarding tournament matters shall be final and binding.
The Tournament will be governed strictly by the latest Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A and the USGA, alongside specific local rules and competition regulations established by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the format, schedule, or related arrangements based on real-time operational circumstances (including but not limited to adverse weather, course conditions, or player turnout), with prompt public announcements provided.
Should adversely weather conditions or other force majeure factors prevent the tournament from being completed as scheduled, the Organizing Committee reserves the full right to cancel, shorten, or postpone rounds.
II. Participant Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By registering and participating in this Tournament, all participants are deemed to have joined voluntarily and explicitly assume all associated risks. Participants acknowledge that they fully comprehend the inherent risks involved in the sport of golf and related tournament activities (including but not limited to injuries caused by golf balls or clubs, slips and falls, heatstroke, and traffic accidents that may result in personal injury or property damage) and agree to bear all such risks independently.
Participants must ensure that their physical condition is suitable for competitive golf and assume full, sole responsibility for their health status. Individuals suffering from medical conditions unsuitable for strenuous exercise (such as heart disease or high blood pressure) are advised against participating; those who conceal medical conditions to participate shall bear all subsequent consequences independently.
Participants are strictly required to observe traditional golf etiquette and specific club regulations, showing utmost respect to fellow players and staff. Any damage caused to individuals or the golf course resulting from personal conduct shall be the sole legal and financial responsibility of the individual perpetrator.
III. Limitation of Liability
The Tournament Organizing Committee, hosts, co-organizers, sponsors, host golf courses, and all related parties accept no liability whatsoever for any personal injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by participants during the course of the tournament or while traveling to and from the venues, regardless of the cause (including but not limited to accidents, illness, personal error, third-party actions, or force majeure). Participants, their heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives explicitly waive the right to pursue claims or legal action against any of the aforementioned parties for such losses.
Furthermore, the Organizing Committee bears no liability for tournament delays, cancellations, or data transmission failures caused by force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or network system failures).
IV. Refund Policy
Refunds of registration fees will only be processed if the Organizing Committee fully cancels the entire tournament before it starts. Once participants complete registration and payment, no refunds will be granted under any other circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal travel plans, illness or injury, postponement due to force majeure, or any other reason.
V. Image Rights and Publicity
Participants explicitly grant the Tournament Organizing Committee the right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and match results during and after the tournament without financial compensation for lawful promotional purposes, media coverage, official website presentations, and partner platform displays. Participants acknowledge that they may contact the organizers at info@lwexperience.com at any time to request the removal of their personal information.
VI. Intellectual Property and Website Disclaimer
Certain images, videos, and materials utilized on this official website are sourced from public networks or partner entities.
