Registration Notes

  1. Once registration is confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or name replacements are allowed. 
     
  2. The early bird offer expires on August 31. Confirmation will be sent once registration and payment are fully completed. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the itinerary and retains the right of final interpretation.
     
  3. Customer service specialists will reply regarding your registration status within 2 business days. Once confirmed, please complete the payment within the specified validity period.
     
  4. "The House of Dancing Water" tickets are complimentary. Seating will be arranged by the organizing committee and cannot be selected. In the event of theater closures or force majeure, tickets will be replaced with other performance or attraction tickets of equal value.
     
  5. Transfer services during the tournament are strictly limited to designated ports of entry and routes between the official hotels and the tournament venue. If transfers to other locations are required, please inquire separately and arrange them at your own expense.
     
  6. Transportation from your departure city to Macau (including flights, ferry tickets, or land transit) is not included. Participants must arrange their own travel to Macau.
     
  7. The tournament schedule and meals may be adjusted depending on external conditions, such as weather, availability, or unexpected vendor closures.
     
  8. Prices are subject to change. The final price will be based on the latest quotation announced by the organizing committee at the time of registration, without prior notice. No refunds will be provided if you choose to skip any part of the itinerary, which will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture.
     
  9. This tournament does not include travel insurance. Participants are strongly advised to purchase their own travel accident, medical, and baggage insurance before departure.
     
  10. In the event of natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, or other force majeure factors, the organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the tournament itinerary. Any additional expenses incurred must be borne by the participants.
     
  11. If the tournament cannot be completed as planned due to severe weather or other force majeure factors, the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or postpone the event. Specific handling procedures will be subject to on-site announcements by the organizing committee.
     
  12. Refunds of the registration fee will only be processed if the organizing committee cancels the entire tournament prior to its start. Under all other circumstances—including personal schedule changes, illness, or tournament postponement due to force majeure—registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is completed.
     
  13. The organizing committee reserves the right of final interpretation regarding these registration terms, conditions, and all matters related to the tournament.
